Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. During high-volume times (like holidays), processing may take a bit longer.
Due to the personal nature of skincare, we do not accept returns on opened products. If you experience an issue or your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Keep products out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Because we use natural ingredients without synthetic preservatives, it’s best to use products within 6–12 months of purchase.
